Okay, well, I believe SCP-582 would win because he's now labeled as a 5-B and like this thread says, this version of Slenderman is at 9-C Loading editor 01:17, August 27, 2019.

Clearance level: 5

Object Class: Euclid/Potential Keter

Special Containment Procedures

Scp-4022 is to be kept in a [REDACTED] x [REDACTED] x [REDACTED] chamber with no windows and a face-blurring camera for surveillance that is compatible with scp-4022’s face.

Description

Scp-4022 resembles a tall figure that for some reason seems to be similar to scp-650 but has a few differences [such as more height, black tentacles emerging form it’s back, and multiple eyes on the face of it.]

Scp-4022’s face cannot be viewed unless it is blurred or has something covering it. If scp-4022’s face is viewed the viewer will start seeing static and scp-4022 will stare back at the viewer and raise its tentacles to try and make itself look more intimidating. If this happens scp-4022 will make its tentacles vibrate to send of a signal that makes the viewer keep staring at its face. If this happens the viewer will need to attempt to avoid sight of scp-4022’s face at all cost. if the viewer fails to do so the viewers eyes will bleed out and lose high amounts of blood before rolling they’re eyes in the back of they’re head. Right after the viewer will collapse and die. This same thing will happen if scp-4022’s face is viewer through photos or anything.

The only way to safely view scp-4022’s face is through artist depictions. However if the depiction resembles scp 4022’s extra features [the eyes, the tentacles, etc.] the viewer of the picture will see the picture move and the same effect that would happen if scp-4022’s face was viewed will happen to the viewer.
